FOR FAMILIES WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE PRESCHOOL IN THE PAST
The LAST DAY to submit Past Family Registration forms: 4:00pm FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 2018
- Past Family Registration forms will be processed by January 20th, 2018. Children will be placed in classes in order of your preferences listed. If none of your class preferences are available, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
- If your child has been placed in one of your class selections: You will be notified by email by January 21st what class you are in and instructions on filling out the complete registration forms. If the class placed in is not your first choice, you will be placed on waiting lists for all preferred classes. A registration fee of $125.00 will be debited. The Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If your child was not placed in one of your class selections: You will be notified by email by January 21st what position you are on the wait list. Your registration fee of $125.00 WILL NOT be debited.
- In order to complete Registration, you are required to fill out a Pre-Authorized Debit form (PAD) agreement. Your Registration Forms WILL NOT be included if the PAD Agreement has not been submitted. (PAD Agreement link is located on the website Navigation menu)
- Families will be emailed by January 21st with Registration results.
