Open Registration - Draw

For all families who have NEVER attended Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool in the past.

Due to the majority results of a recent poll we have gone to a draw method for open registration.

Saturday February 7th - Open House - 10:30-11:30am Tuscany Market

                                                                 1:30-2:30pm Tuscany Club

Please come view the Preschool and ask any questions you have! You may also drop-off your Draw form at this time.

Open Registration Process

1. You will download the draw form, please fill it out completely and legibly.

2. The draw form may be dropped off during our Open House at either location on Saturday February 7th or Monday, February 9th, between 4:00 - 5:00 pm at the Tuscany Market location. The draw forms WILL NOT be accepted at any other time (The draw is NOT held at this time).

3. Draw forms received by February 10th, 2009 will be processed by random drawing. You will be notified via email by February 17th what class you have been drawn and/or if you are on a waitlist.

4. If your child is drawn and registered in a class, completed registration forms will need to be dropped off Monday, February 23rd between 6-8pm.
