To be accepted for registration into the 2-day programs (T/T 8:30-10:30, 11:00-1:00 or 1:30-3:30)
The child's third birthday must fall on or before the 31st day of
December of the current school term.
The child may physically attend the 2-day program classes before their third birthday provided the child is progressing with toilet training. We do realize that accidents do happen at this age. Children in diapers will not be accepted, children in pull-ups will be accepted, however if accidents are a daily occurrence, we may determine the child is not ready for preschool. In addition, the teachers will assess the child to determine if the child is ready to be left without his/her parent.

The child’s fourth birthday must fall on or before the 28th
of February of the current school term. ______________________________________________________________
Parents who are unsure of their child’s readiness may stay in the
classroom or in the building for a transitional adjustment time period.
We reserve the right to
ask the parent to withdraw their child if it is in the best interest of the
child and/or the program. If they are asked to withdraw, the balance of
the year's monthly fees will be returned. Admission
will be on a first come basis, however families returning to the program will be
given pre-registration dates. |
